I have a wonderful new challenge. My new client is only in her mid-forties, but she has had total hip replacement due to a horrible bicycle accident. She has a resting heart rate of 54, so she's athletic. My challenge is to find stretches for her abductors and adductors. Her back is also bad (we're d...

I am so intrigued by foam roller myofascial release stretches. Full Body workout vs. Split Routine
(Preview)
In the past I was able to go to the gym 5-6 times a week. But due to my busy schedule it is more like 3-4 times a week. Can anyone recommend a full body workout so I can at least stay fit and balanced. Maybe exercises that work several muscle groups at once? Thanks.

During the 2-day live session our instructor says he never has his clients stretch prior to exercising (although he does have them do a good 5-10 minute warm up). T...

Problem fitting cardio in with weight training for clients
(Preview)
I'm having a bit of a problem and wonder if any of you more seasoned at this might be able to offer a suggestion. I would like my clients to do at least 2-4 days of cardio a day (at least two of those to be intervals, for those in need of weight loss). But I find that time is my enemy. Instead of working M-W-F wi...
