Full Body workout vs. Split Routine


In the past I was able to go to the gym 5-6 times a week.    

But due to my busy schedule it is more like 3-4 times a week.     Can anyone recommend a full body workout so I can at least stay fit and balanced.  


Maybe exercises that work several muscle groups at once?
