Hello Everyone! Thank you Tekva for starting this board! Well a little about myself...I grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland, graduated in from the University of Maryland College Park, worked in research, married to a wonderful man w/ 2 beautiful children now living in Sterling, VA. I just passed the ACE PT exam May 23 and I am currently in the process of transitioning back into work after being a stay at home mom. I have always been involved in sports (cross-country, track, softball, gymnastics). After trying to 'get back into shape' after my second child, I rediscovered my love for sports and fitness...so here I am. I'm so excited to start my new career in fitness and can't believe you can make a living doing so. With that said, I'm also excited to keep in touch and connect w/ fellow fitness lovers.
