Hope Everyone's Well

Hi Friends,
I can see you're all on the move- that's great!  I'm doing well, just where I want to be with a few clients right now (I also have another stressful job 3 days a week too).  I started my business too Train With Yvonne LLC.  Workin on a website, everything takes time!  Anyway, just popping in to say HI.  So glad you're all well! Hi Vonnie,

Great to hear from you!

Best of luck w/ your new business. I am still not training anyone yet, hopefully when my ad comes out and the word continues to spread (I'm letting everyone know I'm certified now) that things will get started. I'm finally feeling physically well enough to start, another week or so won't hurt though.

Good luck w/ your web site, I finally got mine up recently also it's www.Time4Youfitness.com

I wrote all the copy but my wife is the one who knows how to do all the technical stuff (I have NO idea how to do it!) :)

Take care and best wishes,

Scott

Hi, Vonnie and Scott!  I'm eager to hear how everyone is doing and how your client bases are growing!  Let's keep one another very posted!

I picked up my 10th client this week, and am starting an 11th soon.  This while working a 40 hour job is NOT easy, but I'm loving every moment!  It is an absolute thrill to see people change right before your eyes.

My pre-Olympian runner (the one with the torn hamstring) is doing great.  I'm sending her back to her therapist before we begin serious track work because she still has a tender spot at the point of injury, but when we started she was incapable of doing anything.  And (I gotta brag) the girl is ripped! smile.gif  Our several months together have really netted fantastic results, and I am so, so, SO happy!!!!!  She really is going for the 2012 Olympics and is going to college next year on an athletic scholarship.  I'm more proud of her than I can possibly say.  It was her determination and her willingness to stick with a tough program that brought her this far.

Hi Nora,

That is amazing about your client, you must be so unbelievably excited to see her progress! I can't wait to be able to share success stories like that!

My AD comes out soon, hopefully between that and word of mouth I'll be able to start rolling w/ this. Hoping the economy won't make it too much of a struggle, but there should be enough folks in my area that are still in good shape financially who desire and be able to afford a trainer.

I just have to be patient. In the meantime I got one of my short CEC's done (only 0.2 credits but a VERY cool course 'ACE's practical guide to in home training") which I learned some cool stuff from.

I've started a "Kickboxing" CEC. I love fitness kickboxing stuff, I've been doing it for a while as part of my own program.

I figure I may as well use the time productively and it felt good to at least get the CEC ball rolling. It was nice to be able to accomplish something in such a short time period rather than the monstrousity of preparing for the main Personal trainer exam.

Well, take care and again congrats w/ the amazing success of that client and with your continuing success building your practice!

Have a great night!

Best,

Scott
